You can easily tell which table you are on, because the good table doesn’t drop gold. This didn’t actually bug her loot, it protected you from getting the bugged.
This is why everyone said, To bug Andariel, talk to Warriv before exiting. It was discovered early on you could easily bug Andy to stay on her “quest” drop table. I investigated the Andariel loot bug in 1.14 prior to D2R release and found it was actually a loot NERF if you did NOT talk to Warriv prior to exiting the first time you killed her. The bottomline is that she always drops good now, we don’t need to worry about the previous “Andariel bug”. Diablo 2 Resurrected Patch 2.4 - New Runewords, Buffs, Nerfs and Bug Fixes. Or in other words, she is now automatically bugged for everyone - without doing anything special to “bug” her. You can spawn it yourself or use the one that appears automatically when the boss dies. Andariel was always meant to drop well, but in previous versions there was a way that you could inadvertently nerf her loot if you did not talk to any NPC in town before exiting. I bugged her like that and i dont think they will fix that bug
